The Student Empowering & Engaging in Dialogue (SEED) program provides peer-led workshops by and for undergraduate students at CSU. Through the use of theory and experimental learning rooted in Intergroup Dialogue, Peer Educators engage in critical dialogues to further knowledge around topics of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Workshop include, but not limited to, introduction to social identities, navigating intergroup communication, bias awareness, and allyship.

Mission

We provide peer-led workshops to engage undergraduate students at CSU in critical dialogues across difference to further their knowledge around topics on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Vision

We aim to facilitate difficult conversations with students across difference to increase students’ understanding of multicultural and cross-cultural issues, shift campus culture, and foster a more inclusive campus and community.
